Part-time Accounts Assistant - Oranmore

Contract: 16 hours per week (with potential to FULL TIME)

Location: Oranmore

Start date: Immediate

Our client is currenty recruiting for a part time accounts assistant (16 hours per week) to join its team. 

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, will be highly organised, along with a very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Good interpersonal skills & ability to communicate clearly with all functions within the company are a further requirement. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience in a similar role.

Key areas of responsibility will include

- Providing administrative support, responding to all queries

- Invoicing customers

- Answering incoming telephone calls in a friendly, polite and helpful manner

- Following up on outstanding invoices-Administration of purchase ledger function & monthly reconciliation, cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable etc.

- Weekly / monthly administration & reporting (VAT)

- Filling and general office duties

- Ensure compliance with relevant company business controls
