PPS Numbers

If you wish to work abroad, you might consider the booming Irish jobs market as an excellent option.
In order to get employment in Ireland, you require a Personal Public Service Number (PPS No.). Only your local Social Welfare Office can provide you with a PPS number. Please note, that once you have applied for a PPS number, you can commence employment in your Irish Job while waiting for it to be processed.
Contact your nearest or most convenient Social Welfare office in Ireland who will assist you with the registration process.
In order to receive a number, you will need to fill out an application form and provide proof of your identity.
